But please remember that the website was created to provide information, not just to solicit business. Whether you do business with us or not, please use our website to answer your reverse mortgage questions.
Reverse Mortgage Texas® is different. We are an organization of people who have years of experience in helping senior citizens. We will never hassle you or push you to do a reverse mortgage. In fact, at times we dissuade people from using a reverse mortgage, or suggest they delay applying for their reverse mortgage.
While working with us, you may stop or delay the process at any time. If you are in a hurry, we pride ourselves on how fast we can push a reverse mortgage through the system, but you may go as slow as you wish. We also have a reputation of solving reverse mortgage problems on difficult applications. Most applications sail right through, but some are loaded with roadblocks, which we are just stubborn and creative enough to get through.
You will always work with a least one person who is licensed by the state of Texas as a loan officer or mortgage broker. At least one of these persons will also be a Certified Senior Advisor®. This means at times, we can discuss other mortgage options and offer you solutions and understanding that others may not. All of our reverse mortgages are processed by one of the largest reverse mortgage brokers in the Southwest. This broker processes more than 30 reverse mortgages per month. While the mortgage broker can place the reverse mortgage with several mortgage lenders, the broker almost always places the mortgage through Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation, the largest supplier of reverse mortgage in the United States.
